I’ve been with them for roughly a decade and had nothing but good experiences. They’ve always been flexible and responsive when it comes to scheduling, phone calls, and payments. The doctor takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and makes sure my medication is working well. Any time I bring up a medical concern, it’s promptly addressed and taken seriously, rather than being dismissed. I could go some place closer to my house but I trust this practice too much to leave it.

Took 1 month of back and forth emails to inform me that they could not work with us due to prospective client having severe mental illness. We were only requesting a thorough neuropsych evaluation- we were not requesting treatment. Information of diagnosis was given in first email- they should have informed me in the beginning. Mental health organizations need to stop cherry picking who they chose to work with- more need to be willing to work with people with difficult mentall health issues.

Very bad experience. Doctor would not treat you. You will be treated by PA in this clinic. Doctor only sees new patients. If you request to commuicate with the doctor (even 10 minutes), they discharge you

At first, we were impressed with our experience at the FON Rd location. The doctor got our son off the wrong med and onto one that seems to really help. But, it turns out the doctor doesn't seem to be competent enough to submit scripts to the pharmacy correctly, or to correctly schedule an appointment, and she also seems to have a poorly-treated mental condition of her own. Top that off with nonexistent front desk staff (at least when it comes to answering the phone). We had to call the Apex location to get them to contact the FON location to respond to us, and had to threaten to report them to the attorney general to get anything done. If the doctor wasn't leaving this job in a month, we might have reported them anyway. New office management and a competent doctor needed. Yikes.
