This was my first time bringing my car to have work done at this location. I dropped my car off early in the morning and was all checked in by 7:30am in the morning. I was informed my recalls being done on my vehicle would be completed around 3pm. I called at 2:45pm to get an update on my vehicle and had no return call or anything. I tried calling again an hour later and still had no answer or update. I finally got through to a service writer and was told nothing and they would call back. It wasn't until 5:15pm That I finally got an update on my vehicle and was told that it would not be completed and would not receive a loaner vehicle to provide transportation to work or to even get my vehicle when completed. I am very disappointed in my experience with the care of my vehicle and i am highly disappointed in the lack of communication in regards to my vehicle or even being told sorry your service writers is gone for today. To add on to the issues my brake lights now are messed up and am I am going to have to readjust the part that was replaced for my repairs as it was not done correctly. The lights were on when I received the keys to my car from sales after service hours and stayed on until i got home. The utter rudeness, lack of communication about my vehicle and issues in regards to the repairs have severely impacted my decision to ever consider taking my vehicle back to have any services done. I will be going elsewhere.

I had a great experience purchasing my first car from a dealer! Fuller was amazing and patient and informative and answered all my questions and worked with me to help get everything in order. I’m awful with names, but to the two other gentlemen who helped me- thank you as well! I love my new Ascent and the dogs are having a great time with much more space and better climate control.

I finally had to drive to the dealership. Same thing happened to me about a month ago
I had service done a couple months ago, but did not receive robo warranty calls soon afterward. But i have received a couple calls in the last week. I have also noticed an increase in other telemarketing calls in the last week.
They do. I get lease offers from them all the time.
