Frank knows his stuff. Plain and simple. Buy a bike from Frank. You will not regret it. Got two full builds and a custom wheelset this year from him. His attention to detail is second to none. On top of that, he is probably the best wheel builder in the area and his name comes up often at trailheads and forums when someone is looking to have a wheelset built up. If you want a cheap bike with terrible customer service, go somewhere else. Otherwise, go to Frank.

I called up Frank and he spoke to me for over 30min on the phone, we hung out in his shop talking abt bikes for over an hour, he fitted me for the right size, set up a few extra details to really get the bike exactly how I wanted it, and he made it all happen same-day so I could have the bike ready for a trip.
