You need to contact their marketing department during the week. The place is wonderful but there is a waiting list. Assume the price of "admission" is the sale of your home. Also, you need to determine how much your monthly fees will be. Carolina Meadows requires some significant advance planning, but once you're in, long term, it will solve a lot of problems. You'll have housing, food, care and a supportive environment for the rest of your life.

Hi Elissa, we would be happy to send you a copy of our fee schedule which shows all that is included in the monthly fee. In addition, I would recommend joining one of our monthly online information sessions where we discuss all of the fees, contract types, financial plans, etc.. in much greater detail so people have a complete understanding of how it all works. Residents of Carolina Meadows are able to have as many guests as they would like to (especially grandkids). Guests of residents are also able to utilize any of the facilities on our campus, including the pool. However, there are certain times where the pool is only open to residents. I hope that helps. Great question. I would recommend calling resident services and they would be glad to answer in detail all your questions and concerns. I wish I could help but I work nursing in the skilled facility there.
Just like any other home you would live. Provide your own phone service. The great part of living at Carolina Meadows is all the amenities and resources available to all our residents. With the added assurance of all possible health needs that may arise in life.
