The most common responses I get are, "Nobody told me", "I wasn't here", and "I don't know". With a few shining exceptions, staff avoids taking resposibility rather than taking ownership of issues and getting them fixed/answered. Information generally does not get communicated and no one offers to find the answers to my questions.

It started out good, but as time went on, more and more problems. I dont want to think about it.

This facility is the reason why you should be allowed to prompt zero stars I repeat zero stars. This is by far The worst facility I have ever seen in my life! My 93 year year old was admitted here for short term rehabilitation after fracturing her ankle. Before arriving here from hospital she was standing and pivoted to chairs commodes etc.. upon entering this facility a.k.a. rehab her experience was more like skill nursing minus the skills and rehab !!! They were transferring her by hoya lift and that was only to put her in a wheelchair when she had to port out for her dialysis treatment for which they sent her out in the public in a cab with no attending staff in a hospital nightgown!!! the dialysis staff called and asked if I could bring her some clothes and maybe some blankets as she was there in a hospital nightgown freezing!!! Other than that she was remotely left in the bed and her PT consisted of being put on a slide board or transfer board. Needless to say I got her out of there as quick as possible and I report she is home washing herself up dressing herself putting on her own clothes and even getting in and out the bed with minimum assistance this is all prior to her starting her home PT and OT services.. when her home PT services started one of the PT‘s first question to me was why do we have a Hoya lift in the home?I explain that it was recommended per facility and that they didn’t allow her even though she could stand and pivot to transport without it. In their words it was a danger to her and the staff. PT shakes his head and said that’s there job.smh i’m not a stipulate for posting reviews however I felt this one was worth it.There’s more she states that she wasn’t even given a wash cloth to wipe her face.left on a bed pan for hours she came home smelling like cigarettes and the list goes on and on!!! It’s unorganized and staff displays poor communication skills I could go on and on with so much more this is all within a two week timeframe!!!

The most weirdest, unorganized, unprofessional, facility I have ever witnessed. First it’s like pulling teeth trying to get in contact with any of the department managers. Second the staff are so rude and uncivilized it makes it a very uncomfortable environment. Definitely would NOT recommend if your looking to enroll your loved ones lol.

As far as I know they do not have memory care. Even if they did it's not the greatest facility but certainly not the worst. They've gotten better over the years. If you need memory care I would look into Elmcroft or Sunrise. They're pretty solid. Edit: I work on an ambulance and go to many many facilities, including this one, on a daily basis.
Good luck on that one, I had a cell phone attached to my brother so he could call me when he needed help and the nursing staff refused to respond or would take away his call bell. I would attempt to call the nurses station and nobody would ever pick up. I would end up having to call the nursing supervisor directly on their cell phone and right before my brother died I was even having a hard time getting a response on that line. I usually ended up driving up to the nursing home at all times of the day and night in order to get the issue at hand resolved.
Governor Cooper these people need help this facility evidently is not doing there job please help
