Left a review about them not answering the phone, text, or email. They quickly replied to my review and said to call during business hours and press 2. I called again the moment they left the review and still no answer. I have called at least 5 times or more during business hours. Funny how they are quick to reply to reviews but are determined not to answer the phone or any other ways of contact. Again do not waste your time with these people.

Have been trying to contact them about a property for over a week now. You can do the automated tour but yet they do not answer the phone, text, or email. Do not waste your time with this place.

I guess it would depend on what kind of history you have with them. The best way to find out would be to go to the office and discuss it with them. They can say yes or no and you will know which direction to go based upon their answer, good luck.

Im not sure . But I do know that a coworker of mine left Rogers group apartment owing money but she paid that back and got another apartment through them . Just talk with them and im sure y'all can work something out .
