This management company is absolutely terrible. Our community rep, Juli Bell, is probably the worst person you’d want to manage your neighborhood. She is extremely unhelpful and does not care to listen to resident concerns. This has been ongoing for YEARS, but the latest incident takes the cake. We’ve recently developed a rodent issue in our neighborhood and when confronted about it, Juli chose to argue instead of taking action. I wonder how she would feel living in an area full of rats… We have a large amount of children and pets living in this community and this didn’t even help her show a little compassion. Not sure how she’s held this job for so long. I don’t think this is her calling, that’s for sure.

Was looking for guideline rules for a recent townhouse that was purchased manage by this company, tried calling and left a message with info, 24+ hour later they call back, during lunch hours and couldn't answer the phone, called back and no answers. Called back 15x, no answer and finally after an hour later get a call back receptionist was "OMG why calling so many times" instead of seeing why calling so much, she cops an attitude, You are a receptionist not doing your job and catching an attitude. Would not recommend this HOA company or it employees. Don't expect a pleasant CS when dealing with ext 149 and ext 125. If looking for a HOA that will response to you, look elsewhere. Update: After reading owner reply, sorry no I dealt with many HOAs with varying communities size and non have ever taken 24h to response according to your voice recording. I left 2 voice message with receptionist and Ms. Collins the 1st 2 time I called and didn't get a reply till I had to spam call.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. Ed is our property manager for our community and he is a rockstar. Ed was super helpful, friendly and was able to get some stuff approved in a fast manner for us. Great experience!

Received a complaint from a neighbor concerning the staining of our fence. I was in contact with Ed Henley of Professional Community Management, Inc. He was responsive and very helpful. He made accommodations with respect to a deadline to resolve this issue. Very professional and understanding. I appreciated all of his efforts.

While I was on the Patuxent Glen board (and president) ProCom was our management company. We selected them after a less than good experience with another management company. During the 8+ years (2008-2016) I was on the board and worked with ProCom we never failed to have an excellent experience with them. The community managers assigned to us and their services were exceptional. Based on that experience, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone as a management company for their community.

Martha's Vineyard Lane and the intersection of Mansion House Crossing until the street name changes to Notley are part of Chesterfield.
