Edgar was super personable and nice. Made sure the piercing experience was comfortable and that I was relaxed. Not my first piercing, but he definitely treated it as if it was and was very gentle

I've been meaning to leave a review but this tattoo / piercing shop is the best one I've ever been to. Edgar, the piercer, is so knowledgeable and so gentle, same as Johnny, the tattoo artist. They try to make sure you're as comfortable as possible and they keep conversation going. I've recommended this shop to my friends and I will keep doing so.

This review is for a tongue piercing. Edgar did an awesome job taking his time, talking through his process and finding a good location for my piercing. This place is sanitary and takes all proper precautions to make sure you have the safest experience. After a couple days I needed a slightly bigger bar for my slightly swollen but already naturally fat tongue, Edgar brought me right in and gave me a longer bar at no cost, and with an awesome, laid back attitude the whole time. Highly recommend this shop.

They do piercings at Skin Illustrations. You must have a document notarized of the parent permission before getting pierced and then the parent needs to come in with you. Edgar is AMAZING!!
State laws of Kansas state that you must be at least 16 and have parental consent

I'm not certain as that's not something I wanted however nose piercing is $40. The great thing about Skin Illustrations is that you have 100% support throughout the healing process. If you have questions you can call and they'll be there to advise you. They don't just put holes in you and then you're forgotten.

Every artist is going to have different prices for stuff. Or a hourly rate. When guessing how much I think one of my would cost I usually assume the artist will charge $125 an hr. Best bet is to walk in there and show them everything and how big. They'll give you an estimate

It’s not that they can’t pierce them, it’s that it’s most likely to reject the piercing because the skin around it would swell a lot so it’ll cause it to reject. Same thing with my nips, dude
