Highly recommend!!!! We had our sons 8th birthday here a day he said it was the best birthday party he has ever had. Our instructor gave safety instructions at the beginning and we were able to have a great time without anyone getting hurt. The nerf gun war was enjoyed by ALL ages! Attended a free trial and the staff are friendly and professional. They offer a variety of activities for adults and kids. Besides parkour, they also offer tumbling, tricking, aerial silks, aikido, host birthday parties, homeschooled and after-school programs.

They do, and it depends on the number of classes you want your child to take monthly. My 10 year old goes there currently.

Yes. We are a parkour gym that trains athletes how to get from point A to B, the fastest, and most efficient way. Athletes who are proficient at parkour will usually do very well with Ninja Warrior type of competitions. We will also do drills and exercises that will improve upper body strengthening.
