Called in to see if they could do a bouquet for my upcoming wedding. They said they could which was awesome but the issues were when it came to showing them I wanted. I showed them two photos, wanted the style of one and the colors of the other but said I wanted a small one and to spend about $150 for it. They kept saying it was going to be $250 for what I showed them kinda being pushy. I don’t think they were getting that they were just examples and that I only wanted to spend $150 for a single bouquet. I eventually said I would call back. I decided not to go with them. Today I get a call and they said I haven’t paid yet. I told them that I had found something else and they just said oh okay well if you change your mind let us know. Bye and hung up. Their customer service is not very friendly.

Bought a beautiful small red plant about 3 weeks ago that was 22.00 dollars and it was fine till about a week ago called to see if the would replace and that would be a “no”. It unfortunate when you pay that kind of money no guarantee would have better to know that at time of purchase. Won’t be purchasing anything in the near future from there.

Angel 101 provided a large order for a party. Beautiful flowers and excellent customer service!! Everything was better than I could have envisioned for our event. They delivered everything on time and were incredibly professional. The flowers were perfect and healthy - still beautiful over a week after the event!

Angel 101 is beautiful local shop that has such talented florists and unique gift assortments. I came to the shop for my sons wedding and the bridal bouquet was prettier than I could have imagined. We just gave them a few color ideas and flowers she liked and let them do the rest!! They also did centerpieces for my future daughter in laws bridal shower and they were perfect. We received so many compliments on both. I have used this flower shop for years and have never been disappointed!! Highly recommend Angel and her staff for all your floral arrangements and excellent gift ideas. Can’t wait to see what she comes up with for our next event!
