Very bad customer service lead me to believe your service is poor. The person answering the phone can’t read or right. Please find someone who can handlectheir Jon and know what they are doing specially on weekends. You need a better quality people

We have been without power since 8am today now at 3pm they decided to have their workers in route to check out the problem. And from what I'm seeing in the reviews they are sticking to not doing a good job.
