It was kinda clean but their customer service sucked bad. None of them were willing to do anything to help make our stay any easier. We stayed here for my job. I cut my husbands hair and I went to the desk to borrow a vacuum to pick up the hair. I was told a very abruptly nope we can’t loan out r vacuums, I figured he would offer to come do it for me, big fat nope. So I asked if I could use a broom, offered my drivers license for collateral, another big fat No! I’ve worked in customer service and I always wanted to make the customer happy so they keep returning. Well the customer service made it to where we won’t be taking here again. I will ask my employer to spend a little more money for better service. I sure hope that kid doesn’t plan on making this a career.

It's a decent place to stay if you're tight on time and money. However if you have more time to prepare for your trip (or if the occasion of your trip is special), i would suggest you look for other options first. Pros: • Most of the staff are friendly • The lobby looks clean and nice • The rooms were clean • The bed was firm and comfortable Cons: • i had to give the benefit of the doubt to one staff member at the front desk • The bathroom looks hastily constructed • The carpets must've been vacuumed but not washed, they felt grimy • The walls are thin enough to hear what's going on in the hallway. • The cleaning staff started vacuuming the hallway at about 8:30am (which i consider a bit early)

Positive: The location to the airport is great especially for a short stay to get in and out of early flights. No fuss check out. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced and availability was great. I booked last minute, no problem Negative: The rooms could be updated. Especially the doors.

Will definitely stay here again...mostly because of the staff! But the room was lovely...clean and well appointed, except the vanity lighting! Had to use other lights and the window to put on makeup! Back to the staff! Kim and Stacy at the desk were very pleasant and helpful! Robin personally served up a full, hot, tasty breakfast! And housekeeping was very cheerful and smilng! Thank you all!
