I was yelled at when I scanned my membership card when the front desk lady’s back was facing me. She demanded me to scan my card only when she is facing toward me so that she can see who is scanning. When I questioned her: then what’s the purpose of the beeping sound when scanning the card, she said I could have simply answered “yes” instead keep arguing…… I wonder who set the rule, the pool or this lady. If it is the rule from the pool, she should put the instruction on the front desk.

Having both a lap pool and a zero entry pool for kids is amazing. Facility is clean and feels safe with multiple lifeguards at all times. I agree with the other reviews mentioning not enough family changing rooms, there are only two so there’s often a wait. And one star deducted for the extremely rude lady at the front desk. She was so rude I literally backed away from her nasty response to me. I hope I never have to interact with her again.
