This company is the absolute worst! AVOID using them if you can! They have a monopoly on areas where you HAVE to use them! They have a service fee of over $2 per day just to "use their service". We only use $3-5 a day at most and if our bill gets to owing them $5, they shut off your service before it gets to lunch time so I can put more money on and it's already shut off! The prices they have on the electric might be within the laws, but to have a service fee that is the same or more than you bill is ridiculous! Not everyone has money to be a member, but to ruin a refrigerator and freezer full of food is not acceptable! As I said AVOID PIEDMONT ELECTRIC at all costs!
