No idea what there doing tell you one thing and something else. Hospital bed was broken took 3 weeks to fix. Bought out of pocket a 19” transport chair try to give 16??? Wheel chair need legs 2 weeks to get sorted oh dropped at front desk. Set up a pick up del of hospital bed for home as discharging due to lack of trust called oh nothing in our system. I did DME/ortho 18 years just poor customer service all round. Shame when some many are counting on you to get it right the 1st time.

Wonderful company to work with. My Aunt recently passed away from cancer but every time I was on the phone with customer service or she needed something such as a hospital style bed or bed side commode, every person I spoke with was pleasant and very knowledgeable about what may help us with our situation. And once the phone call was made and they submitted an order for us, they’re delivery drivers would arrive the same day and set everything up and tells us about how to use the equipment. All around a good experience at any turn.

Really help when my stepfather was ill. Same day delivery as we were coming home from the hospital. One less thing we had to worry about. Thank you!
