Highly Recommend** We lived in San Miguel for five years, and just moved out of the area. San Miguel Garbage company was our service provider during those five years. The route drivers were always beyond helpful, and the office was very easy to work with. It’s a huge difference being able to talk to a local office compared to the large corporate call center. Unfortunately we just moved to an area where Waste management(WM) is the only service provider. It’s a whole different experience. Wish we could still have them as our service provider! Thank you for you great service!

When you pay $160 a month, for a once a week service you just expect for them to come get your trash but if it rains they won’t come and they won’t credit you. Very RUDE route manager who threatened to take away, and then did take away out service once we questioned how operation was ran, since it rained this past week we didn’t have anyone pick up our trash since it was “too muddy” even though as we all know it dried up the next day. He continued to rant “are YOU going to pay the $2500.00 tow bill” very rude and unprofessional. As a business owner myself, this behavior and attitude is uncalled for and unacceptable. Hopefully the owners will take appropriate measures to improve their customer service
