I have ordered from mondello twice now. My first order went smoothly. The second order not so. I have waited over a month for a set of valves that have been sent to the wrong shop and now I have no idea where they are. Very unhappy since I had to pay nearly twice as much for the valves for our customer who is still waiting.

I ordered an oil priming tool for $49.00 ( like $20.00 more then everyone else) they came highly recommended so I paid the extra. it arrived quickly, but it was used, like a couple of years old used. they charge a 20% restocking fee, and only give you in house credit!? What makes them think that after being treated like a shmuck that someone would want to deal with them again? they might have been good 3 years ago, but they're not now...buyer beware.
