I was there in 2013, it was terrible. I had a warrant for a fine, constables showed up to arrest me, and my counselor was more than happy to go pull me out of group to get arrested, so much for annonymity huh?( and no, I wasn't on probation or parole) almost everyone there was hooking up with someone else, women sitting on men's laps during groups, drug dealers walking up to the fence to deal very expensive drugs, clients leaving at night to buy instant coffee to sell, I could go on, but why bother? And no, it's not a rumor about the "purple team" the ones with fancy insurance who were treated better than everyone else. It made others alienate them.... This place is a joke... And 4 people I was there with, overdosed and died...

I was here back in 2009 was told when I left I needed to be on suboxone I was sent to dr Alan summers who ended up getting raided and put in jail so no good this place really didn’t help you guys should teach people to be clean not clean but take methadone or suboxone smh that’s not clean

They say they are there to help you yet my son went there from the er.We were told there is only one drop off.Thats rediculous...Long story short I work 2 jobs and couldn't do it all at one time, also his glasses were at someone else's house and he can't see without them, So he's says all he can do is sleep all day because he can't see anything. Doesn't sound like your very compassionat.

So my friend was recently sent here from a Detox Center. Due to an Insurance confusion she was only allowed to stay one night. When I returned a week or so for her effects, even though I had called first and they knew I was coming, I was kept waiting outside an inordinately long time. Then they returned only a few scraps of clothes. Her much more valuable foot ware ( slides and Vans) were nowhere to be found. From the way both she and I were treated by this shabby place I can guarantee that some staff member or their family is wearing her almost brand new foot gear. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t bring ANYTHING nice to this dump.

Yeah. why?
That is so SAD🙁I know there's alot of very immature People in this World we live in, but this TRAGEDY THAT HAS HAPPENED, I PRAY WILL OPEN UP PEOPLES HEART'S, AND THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR SAYING, AND HOW IT WILL AFFECT THE PERSON YOU ARE AIMING YOUR LAUGHTER OR WORD'S AT. SOMEONE DIED BECAUSE OF THIS... MAY GOD BE WITH THE FAMILY OF THIS BEAUTIFUL GIRL WHO LOST HER LIFE BECAUSE OF BULLYING!!! PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU ACT, IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE!!!! MY PRAYERS ARE WITH THE FAMILY OF THIS PRECIOUS GIRL🙏🏿💙
For educational purposes only... if you are on government insurance, you will not get special treatment like the addicts and alcoholics that have private insurance.
Yes..your health insurance will provide transportation...
No. Food is served 3x/day and a snack at night. You cant have money there. Food is pretty good and a SWEET SALAD BAR
Calls are free but, back when I was there 10 yrs ago, you could only make phone calls certain times of certain days of the week.
Yes they can ask for Freedom Group
Yes, bowling greens and malvern rehab

No smoking. New state law (Jan. 2019) prohibits smoking in treatment facilities.
Yes
Sat and Sun.
If they have beds available I'm sure they would just try giving them a call.
Unfortunately NO. Their patient "privacy policy" went out the front top Castle window's. FreeDOM fell.
Always
This facility is mainly made up Addicts and alcoholics that were court ordered to be there. They don't want to be there. You can't get clean unless you put yourself there. It doesn't matter which rehab you go to. Lastly, this is a rehab not a mental health clinic.
Yeah. Put residents name and keystones address
Do they take Medicade
No they follow hipa confidentiality laws. You have to sign releases for everything
