I never get a first notice but always a second one. And once I receive the second notice it’s always after it’s due date! I try and try to get a hold of someone I leave messages to no avail. I really can’t stand when my renewal or Sar comes up because there’s always an issue.

They are so unprofessional here. It's honestly pointless to call you case worker because they won't answer. Going there is pointless because their attitudes are terrible the two unprofessional workers in the front are very unhelpful. I feel like everyone need to be fired and they should bring in entire new staff. I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

No, they do not answer their phone. You will have to see someone to make an appointment to see someone. You'll have to drive down to the office, hope they are in a good mood, and hopefully you can schedule an appointment.
