Rich is an honest, efficient business owner. I called to get my junk car towed, he came within the hour and fit his tow truck down my narrow, hilly driveway. He offered me $120 more for my car then his competition. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

The service I received was beyond exceptional and the driver of the tow truck Richard was super helpful during the entire process. My car was not able to be towed by other companies, but Apex was able to tow me from I-95 back to Widener University. My car was handled well, and was moved quickly.
