Lake Country Alignment

Had a wonderful stay over Labor Day weekend! I knew the area was busy and fell on this listing through Google. Wow! Really nice facility! Our suite was clean and quiet, with a gorgeous view! Prices were very fair and appropriately set for the time of year.

Beautiful place! I have just a couple complaints. We stayed in the bullfrog cabin, the bigger bed is in the smaller bedroom, which seems odd. We didn't look that close at the beds before we actually went to bed. Halfway through the night I ended up sleeping on the couch, because there wasn't enough room for my husband and I in the bed. Our granddaughter got the bigger bed all to herself! The next night so we swapped bedrooms! My other complaint would be that the shower was awful. There was hardly any water pressure and the sprayer piece that hooks into the shower was missing, it took a long time for the water to heat up too. Otherwise the cabin was very nice. It is very far away from Maine cabin and the lake. If you're looking for privacy it's a great cabin although it's it's in the same building as another one.

The resort and lake are kept in pristine condition with the help of somewhat strict policies. The combination of historic significance, secluded location, quality and care of facilities, water quality, bountiful fishing, and wildlife make this a fantastic experience overall.

If I could rate White Birch Village 10 stars, I would. The place is meticulously cared for, there are tons of activities, the fishing is great, and the surroundings are top notch. John, Sue, and the staff are "Disney friendly" and take great care of their guests. This was our first year staying at WBV -- first of many!
