Love renting bikes at Coontail! We have a group of 6-8 the past two summers. It’s so fun! The staff are really nice, we had a minor issue with one of the bikes this time but Coontail swapped it out quickly and it turned out fine. We recommend them to all our friends 😉

I had a flat front tire while biking the trail by crystal lake. Brought my bike in and they were able to fix it within the hour. I also needed a new tire, which was a bummer but they set me up with that also. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

I purchased a Hobie Pro Angler 14 with Mirage 360 Drive and love it. The second trip out on the water the steering system needed some adjustment and Coontail promptly answered my call and picked up the craft for adjustment (during the busy Memorial Day Weekend)! I couldn't be more pleased with their service and products they provide and will be a customer for life!
