No issues with Customer Service-we didnt receive the proofs but I called and they were able to provide me the information needed to see them, so that was great! Easy booking of the appointment and payment but OMG they are EXPENSIVE! Shew! Ridiculous pricing but overall good experience.

Receptionist was really nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. Not too sure about the other staff because I didn't interact with them. There's ample parking at this location.

Terribly run business, terrible customer service. We had senior yearbook photos taken on June 22nd and were supposed to receive the proofs within 2-4 weeks. It has now been over a month and I have received nothing - no proofs, no communication, nothing. I have emailed and received one response saying they needed more information. I supplied the information and received no response. I called their 800 number and was hung up on instead of being transferred to the right department. Senior pictures are something that is supposed to be fun and exciting and Prestige has turned this experience into a nightmare full of frustration and regret. Don't waste your money. It's terrible that our schools can't do better than this.
