The doctor on site was so great, I wish that he was our pediatrician. The staff was all super nice and I felt like we got great care. Unfortunately, we had to wait for a whole hour which is not super fun with a five-year-old. About an hour before appointment, I had received a text saying that they were running 51 minutes behind, and that we should adjust our appointment time accordingly. But then five minutes after that I received another text saying to disregard the previous message and come at the original time. We then arrived and had to wait for an hour anyway. I thought it was really cool that they gave us the courtesy message, so that we wouldn’t have to just sit around, but then it ended up being useless. If they can get the system working properly, I would give them five stars. I have been here previously for Covid testing from the car, and that was also super efficient and well done.

My family and I couldn’t have been more pleased with Valley Immediate Care, Ashland. Both my wife and I had been exposed to Covid on our flight to southern Oregon, and I was showing symptoms. We got immediate attention, and the staff wisely asked us to wait in the car. They processed our tests quickly, and I tested positive. They prescribed a new med to treat the Omicron variant, and called several pharmacies to check on availability. We picked up the med and it seemed to work almost immediately. Within ten days my test results were negative. The staff is both professional and caring. I am grateful for your help at a difficult time. Stewart Scott

Excellent service, they are present and compassionate people. I appreciate them deeply, they are really quite open to what works best for you and they are not forceful about their recommendations but seek to find what works for you, acknowledging the spectrum of healing presently offers holistic approaches to pharmaceutical approaches. Read: they care more about your individual wellness than a selfish agenda. They have continually gone above and beyond with the issues I brought in. I am so grateful for the employees here. I love when people are kind to me while I am sick. So simple, so awesome!

Some of the attending staff were great. I know how hard this all is, with the ‘end’ of the pandemic and the labor shortage. But the truth is, I waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. I wasn’t warned in advance about changes in protocol, and was subjected to frankly unnecessary steps for what should have taken about 15 minutes at the most. The attending doctor (a PA-C, so doctor isn’t really the right word, either) was rude and impatient, and this is not the first time I’ve encountered this from him. All of that, chalked up with the price of a simple COVID screening, above $200, made for a vastly unpleasant experience. No hate towards the nurses and other staff, and I’m sure other doctors that are here are great. I was just stuck with the lemon again. But all of this was a big waste of time.
