No wonder why they have bad reviews. They took 4 hrs to unload me. Also the guy working night shift at receiving was rude. He has an attitude for no reason. The way he talks he think he owns a company.

I am here 6 times a month always nice people and on the cold side I am in and out within two hours but they have a contract with the shipper to make it happen. Dry side not so much can take any where from 2 to 8 hours just depends on the load and breakdown.

This place sucks to deliver. They charge you ungodly to unload your truck and take 6 hours to the the job. This is why I wont even shop at Tops friendly markets. Screw you people

There needs to be a better mouse trap figured out here. With all warehouse deliveries places not just this one. If a trailer arrives sealed & a receiver verifies it. Any discrepancies need to be taken up with the shipper/broker. Not waste the drivers valuable time. If lumpers/receivers can't be trusted then a certification process across the board needs to be set in place for receiving warehouses. HD security video feeds need to be place of all unloading of products so insurance adjusters can review if needed. In the event of items never shipped the receiver can notate the BOL & get compensated by shipper. If the shipper is confident he did ship something he can file claim with his insurance co. which can review the videos. If the loss happens in transport that's when the trucking cargo insurance kicks in. A system like this would help everyone. Especially drivers ELD mandates. Holding up a truck at warehouse A screws warehouse B, C & D. You could be A today but be BCD tomorrow.
