I recently purchased a second vehicle from this location on July 1 of this year. Since August I have been trying to make changes to my account. The changes needed was for my payments to be changes from biweekly to sem-weekly like they should be. I have been getting the run arround and I have sent them all the information they needed. These past few weeks I have been trying to get them to give me more time on my payments, as well as come in to make changes. The did inform me they could give me 4 day. I would still not be able to pay or get changes made. Rachael, one of the office mangers had been very rude and unprofessonal the entire time. She has said things to me and my gf about how I need to learn how to manage my money, I need to pay for a uber to get to work, I need to ask my friends for rides, and more. All I needed was one more day to pay them becauce of a mistake that was on them. Today they shut my car off and left me stranded. Why they could not have gave me one more day or assit me in making any changes, I do not know but im so done with this dealership. I would not recommend anyone to go purchase a car!! MY ISSUE IS WITH Dallas Auto Fincancial management, I Do Not Have A Issue With Auto 4 Less. The Car lot employees are great as well as the service!!

About 575 that includes an insurance provided for the vehicle from the car lot that I was not aware of myself till I was dropped off with not enough money but they were very very helpful and kind that I still left in a car. It will be worth your time to check it out.
We do offer loaner vehicles on a case by case basis, when available if your car needs to stay in the repair shop overnight, as long as you're not past due on your payment.

Every car we sell goes through a complete inspection before it even gets put on the lot to sell. Unfortunately, no car dealer can sell perfect used cars, especially 15yr old vehicles like the one you bought. Yes, after 4 months it started to overheat, but thats why we not only have a full mechanic shop that you can bring it to to fix the issue, WE OFFER FREE LABOR on any repair. When you continued to drive the car that was overheating instead of bringing the car in to be repaired, you blew the motor, so yes we must charge you $1,500 to completely rebuild your 5.7L HEMI motor and make it new again. Hope this answers your question. UPDATE: The original $2500 quote was to replace your engine with another engine, but as a favor to you we called around and found a company that agreed to rebuild your current motor for only $1500. When your car arrived it had NO water in the radiator and a blown motor. That means you drove it while it was overheating. Adults?
