Toyota Financial Services is the absolute worst. We paid off our lease and waited several weeks to get the title. When it did arrive and we took it to the DMV to get the new title in our name we were told we needed a bill of sale from Toyota as well. We called them and were told it would arrive in 10-15 days but if the DMV called them they could fax it or email it.....WAIT A MINUTE.....I am the customer, I paid it off, email the bill of sale to me. They are clearly unhappy that we paid off the lease and did not trade in and pay inflated prices for another vehicle so they could make some profit. This is my second and last dealing with Toyota Financial Services.....there is a huge inverse relationship between the quality of the product and the quality of the customer service as far as their financial department is concerned. I will stick with my Subarus from now on.

Beware of manipulating and scamming management. When using a credit card to pay toyota financial they will use that information to sign you up for autopay without permission. If you try to protect yourself by only writing checks and refusing to use a card then they will start to "lose" checks in the mail. I have now "lost" 10 checks and counting trying to pay my bill. What they are doing is a method to repo the car legally by refusing payments until recovery status. Calling to get answers on why a check has been sitting in their room for weeks only results in talking to a damage mitigator that tries to say the address is wrong or the check was written bad when they "don't have the check".

This company are a bunch of crooks, took my first 2 car payments and pocket them, who does that.. these people are insane. You are supposed to get late fees, not $790 worth of fees. I rather went to a mom and pop place, pay every 2 weeks…. Yes I was late on my car payments, but this is another level of highway robbery… I have nothing good to say about this pathetic company… Do not do business with them… run.

Car broke down before it was paid off but they refused to take a settlement even if we paid it off in full. Tried to cancel the automatic payments and they just said “No is there anything else we can help you with” don’t finance through the dealer if you can help it.
