No it's a scam and they hold the check while calling the police

I got a check for 2,450.08 made out to me and it was gonna be deposited into my bank account and it said return reason-N-altered fictitious, but it says I can still deposit it in another bank account, can I still do that or will I get in trouble?

I cashed my check I ran errands for the people an sent receipts for what they wanted me to buy and I got $500 dollars an then they kept sending checks an I get paid weekly $500 dollars just to run errands
