Awful. So not willing to help AT ALL. The absolute WORST customer service out of the Nacogdoches, Texas, service center. And the 800 number with FEDEX is an absolute incompetent joke. They couldn't care less about their incompetence.

The hub in Garland is HORRIBLE!! My package was out for delivery last Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and again today. Still NOT DELIVERED. I have called the 800 number for 3 days in a row and they are no help! I will NEVER use FedEx for anything again!!! I would rather pay extra for delivery than use FedEx again!!

You can choose "hold at location" when shipping your package. If your package already shipped, you need to call 1-800-GO-FEDEX and tell them your needs, they can help you.

Would like to know what fed ex is doing to protect people's privacy and why you have not stopped or attempted go stop scammersusing your serviced
