Cleburne Tx not sure if this is the right office but you can forward review. Spent 16 dollars on one meal got 6 TINY, HARD and COLD Tenders plus the Fries were just as cold. From every other experience I've had at Canes has been Great all the way up to last minute closing we got fresh HOT TENDERS and Fries. Second time in Cleburne we have had horrible food. Giving it a second chance but it didn't differ from first time. Might need Manager check and hope y'all make it

I would like to recognize store 6513 west Park in Plano Texas. General manager Michael, operations manager Luke Bondurant and manager Danny Nguyen all this employees are awesome great personalities, very well trained and that's what makes this store awesome. We so proud of this clean store and great food.

I went to the location on Illinois in Dallas on Sunday May 22nd and got 1 ..3 piece meal and 1..6 piece meal. I could smell a grease smell on the chicken but hubs and I decided to eat. At 12 o clock at nite I was up puking and on the toilet like non stop. With the price of food and just being a place of business that sells food ..your this company is not making sure to change their grease once used. I have been having this stomach ache for hours as it still continues. I will never ever eat at this restaurant or any other location. EVER! That is unacceptable. I called the location this morning and told someone who says he was the manager to change that grease and the corporate office sent me to a voicemail. It seems like this is the new 2022 style of Business . What I do know is they will never get my coins again. Not worth it at all. Yall need to get real managers and get those kids out of there. Real talk..this place and many other fast food location..need to do better..and do I think anyone cares...NO!

I would suggest try using a different email address. They are easy to setup and free to boot. If that doesn't work either you would do best to contact any Raising Cane's location and ask the manager for assistance.
