Horrible thieves. I wrote headquarters to report being ripped off $4000 from Abq store…and nothing. Not a response from anyone. I guess they have my money, thats all that counts.

Olivia in accounts receivable was extremly rude. I call to request a copy of a receipt for some batteries that were purchaed in january and paid over the phone at the time of payment i had ask for a copy via email but it was never sent and that is why I had to call. When i explain to her she was very rude she did not even bother to ask for my account or anything allshe said was that i need to submit the request via email and if i wanted the email or not. To be in accounts receivable you have to have certain manners with the customers which clearly she did not have.
