Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Terrible rental car company to deal with. They have no vehicles in the tri cities area. They advised me they may have some Tuesday or Wednesday. I need one ASAP. This is not good business and therefore I will not be using Enterprise unless it's absolutely necessary. Their vehicles however are nice and clean with many features but I would rather go elsewhere. The employee I dealt with said he would call me back and he never did. That is not professional at all.

Both ladies that took care of me were very helpful and friendly. Made it very easy to get in and out quickly upon getting and returning the vehicle.

I had a phenomenal customer service experience with Robin. He was so helpful and understanding after having the entire process beforehand be very frustrating. Without his help and positive attitude, I would not have wanted to use enterprise again. He is a valuable member of your team and deserves recognition!

Had a rental due to an insurance claim. The staff was absolutely great. No issues getting picked up, had a great family vehicle (well maintained and sanitized), and a fast drop off experience. The staff was super friendly and professional. They were transparent by giving me calls about their insurance communications. Beyond that, I will also have to give a big two thumbs up to the retired gentleman that was my drop off driver earlier today. He was fantastic. Great conversationalist and pleasantly professional. Can’t thank him enough for the enjoyable experience. This is the kind of staff that builds great relationships with their customers and deserves recognition for that. Once again, thank you.
