Wells Fargo ATM

I drove up to see people being directed to the drive up teller at 11:35. I was extremely disturbed by this because the drive-thru line was very long. There is no Wells Fargo location where I currently live and I needed an amount of cash that I could not get out of an ATM. This was a very horrible experience. Been with you before it was Wachovia or Wells Fargo, but experiences like this make me question my loyalty.

Hours are 9 to 5 but they closed the lobby at 11:30am and sent me back out the drive through where I had to wait in line for 30 minutes. I'm seriously considering changing banks. This isn't the first time I've had to deal with stupidity.

Don’t go there if you can avoid it. I called them multiple times in a row on different days and they NEVER answer the phone and one banker (sits to the right as you enter) is just terrible.
