I can't imagine why anyone would give this wonderful place a bad review. I was treated with respect and knew they would take good care of my daughter's 1973 doll. All the work was done as promised and in a timely manner. Best of all, the doll came out beautifully and I am more than pleased! The work was meticulous, and now an old, very worn doll is restored to her former beauty. Thank you, Doll Cradle! You've made us very happy!

They cut my cats face off. The eyes are not even set right. I am totally crushed. Went to my car and balled my eyes out. Charged me a fortune to destroy my 70 year old cat.

doll I got about 60 years ago when "walking dolls" came out, needs repair of right arm (looks moldy white & has a split in back, right hand is dark gray w/all but 1 finger fallen off. Also her eyes have a white film over eyeballs. can it be fixed?
