I have never in my life had patches of skin teared off my face from a facial wax. I didn't realize the damage until I was in my car and I called thr school right after to tell them of my concern. I was in so much pain I went to a walgreens and the pharmacist had to help diagnose a plan to this. The school told me to take Tumbs which makes no sense bc that is related to a GI problem. Had to but Cetaphil and a skin regiment bc of al the pain I am in. I suggest if you are doing a full face waxing, go to a licensed person that knows what they are doing bc now I'm worried about scars!

I had many amazing facials from very talented students while in attendance at Mitsu Sato. The night time students are impeccable

I'm not usually one to leave a poor review because I understand how it can affect a business, but this establishment is an embarrassment to the Kansas City beauty industry. It isn't sanitary. It isn't organized. The instruction is chaos. Not to mention, the facility is filled with filth and expired products. I highly recommend saving your money, time, and stress by not scheduling with this facility. There are numerous options in Kansas City that are budget friendly, skilled, and professional. This just is NOT the place.

Save yourself the money and time. They certainly are students in training.

Yes this would be the best school for this.
My cut and color was $50. The students do it all with the instructors close by and checking. Set prices. Ask for Patti did an awesome job. She is there Tues, Wed and Thurs evenings and all day Fri and Sat. I'm sure you will be pleased.
Currently there is no nail tech program at mitsu sato. Only cosmetology and esthetics.
Very experienced in multi texture hair.
Mitsu does. They teach it but its not practiced often. I would explain that you like it feathered during the consultation with the student and the instructor.
I don't think any school will teach this new service. This school is on the Kansas side of KC, microblading is only allowed on the Missouri side. I imagine training for that service will cost several thousand dollars as those that are trained to do it are on no hurry to see lots of people start doing it.
