JQ's is THE place to workout if you are looking for a variety of equipment, helpful trainers and staff, and members who make you feel welcome. You owe it to yourself to take classes for a month and see what you can accomplish. They offer a wide variety so it isn't hard to find something you will enjoy and which will produce results. The family / welcoming atmosphere at JQ's is outstanding and something that most places lack. If you want flashy spandex go to Genesis, if you want results go to JQ's!

I'm sorry. We do not speak Spanish. I'm order to communicate with our Spanish only speaking clients we use Google translate.
To join in group classes with a parent you will need to be minimum aged 12. To participate on your own the age requirement is 16. The same applies to working out in the studio gym. Parent must sign training waivers on behalf.
