Very bad customer service I can't wait to finish paying them off because they are very unprofessional and when I made a clame to their manager about how rude they act she did not care at all and never apologized for her rude employees if I can put 0 stars I would and when I spoke to the person that helps me with the car payment she was being very passive aggressive talking about 30+ years and she has no professionalism. Update to 3 years later ... so I thought that I was done paying my car when they brought up that I still owe them about $900 in late fees and for not having insurance in my car witch I sent them a declaration that I did and they said they never got I even had my insurance send it to the thru fax and always said they never got it and added that amout to my payment so now they are telling me if I don't pay that amount to them that a 20% fee will keep adding on every day that I don't pay them... don't do business with them I want to file claim to the Better Business Bureau... they are a scam and want to get money I don't have to pay.
