I had my car for 3 years and it never reported to my credit not even once, now that its totaled and the loan is coming to an end I'm just now finding out that all those payments really made no difference in my credit situation which was the entire point of the loan. Im very disappointed about it. Loss everything I invested in the car & it never reported good payment history. Guess I'm SOL !

This company is the absolute worst. They deserve negative stars. There is no Customer Service...only Customer harassment BEFORE your note is even late. Their representatives are rude and uncaring. They call you ON your due date with phrases like" you just need to make sure its paid TODAY or else. The supervisors are WORSE. I have had the opportunity to refer so many ppl and I REFUSE to give them any more business. I am going to refinance through someone else bacause this company will make u hurt somebody...DO NOT BUY from this place. The carlot ppl are awesome but BEWARE...the finance company is the worst ive ever seen in all my years of buying cars.

I can say this company I don’t see how this company sleeps at night after ripping off people the way they do. Only good thing I will say is they did give me 4 payments behind before towing the car (secretly) they never towed on the first late payment. Tomorrow I go to pay this institution off to receive my title which is 5,000 I signed for 17,000 car (2011 Honda Accord starting miles 72K) and payed 3 times interest. (23%) DO NOT GO HERE THEY AREN'T HELPING YOU THEY ARE GETTING YOU IN A BIND!

The worst people that I have deal with, I have never experienced so bad finance company ! I was late one payment and they turn off the vehicle also they reposed the vehicle with not grace period! Very bad people they don’t give 30 days to make a late payment ! The worst the worst the worst people !
