Much more customer focused and better service than CVS.

My husband and his brother always have problems refilling their meds at this pharmacy. I normally do most of the errand runs so I’d usually have to pick it up. They also never have enough of the medication we need in stock so they won’t fill it until they do which is not on the fill date or else they have to split the refill up so it’ll need to be picked up two times in one month. Granted both of their meds are controlled substances but the old blonde lady who may be one of the pharmacist there, is such a rude and mean lady. She’s always giving attitudes and seems like she gives us a hard time intentionally. All of publix staffs are wonderful, all the pharmacy staffs are nice but somehow it’s always that one mean old blonde lady who’s super rude. All it takes is that one person to ruin it all. We will be switching pharmacy next time.

The service here is excellent. We recently switched to this Publix Pharmacy because they are not as crazy busy as other local pharmacies.
