I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD ! I bit my chicken tender and a piece of hair was in my mouth! A long black piece of hair. I have locs, so it didn’t come from my hair ! Then I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting on that. This is unacceptable and I’m just OVER It.

Quick service despite the long line however the gentleman did not scan my phone for points although I had my barcode pulled up and hanging out the window. He did try to offer to scan it if I ordered a cup of ice. I declined due to me being annoyed he didn't scan it during my actual order. Outside of that the line always moved fast.

Normally the consistency of Chick-fil-A is spot on. But not at this location, unorganized unfriendly workers, food is HORRIBLE. then after pulling out of the drive thru to leave, we are stopped by a traffic person who let everyone behind us go before we got to leave. Hands down the worst chain in vb. Not to be a Karen but I didn’t hear my pleasure at all.

So as I was pulling into the Chick-fil-A in front of Wegmans and saw a vehicle fire and called it in, I was able to go through the line and get my order and then drive over to the parking lot in front of it to watch before engine 7 got onscene. That’s some world class fast food service! 10/10 would recommend 😆

This is such a popular fast food chain because 1) They have amazing service. Everyone is so kind and patient with you. 2) Their food is such high quality you won't find that anywhere else. If you've never been it is an absolute must. Their lines are so long because people would wait an eternity just to smell the chicken there.
You're best bet is to call them and ask if they hire people your age
It has a really nice, brand new playground for the kids
Probably not... they are closed on Sundays to recognize religion so Christmas is unlikely.
I don't think so, but you can call your local store, they may accommodate.
Call Chick-fil-A and let them know about your experience. They should Rectify it.
Incredibly Covid pro-active. The interior of the establishment isn't even available to the public. Masks, face sheilds, gloves you name it, they use it!
