This is such a popular fast food chain because 1) They have amazing service. Everyone is so kind and patient with you. 2) Their food is such high quality you won't find that anywhere else. If you've never been it is an absolute must. Their lines are so long because people would wait an eternity just to smell the chicken there.

They use quality food. The long lines are handled quickly. Do not be afraid of them. Better yet preorder through the app
The food doesn't have the fake breaded taste when you have the chicken nuggets for one and it is very possible you are there during leak times. They, or any business that wants to stay in business, can't rush people who take their time to order plus who really wants food precooked at like 7am (this is the fastest way I can think of lol) to make sure the lines aren't long? maybe congestion is a sign of demand.
