Northeast Older Adult Center

I would be very interested in participating in some of their activities, but I was just told by the receptionist that the ONLY way I can find out what is on the schedule is by physically coming into the Center -- monthly (because activities change monthly). They don't do postal mailings, there is no catalog or listing online (due to no working website), and no electronic version. I know I am old, but what business works this way today?

I just got off the phone with a very rude receptionist. I was trying to find out information about their programs but was grilled rather than just saying she would have the program director, who was not in, call me back. Last thing, she ended the call by calling me a young lady, which I said I am really not that young (am 63). I was told that was meant to be a term of endearment (my words), and then berated stating from the beginning of my call I was rude. She told me to call back and talk to the program director, where I might have better luck getting the information I needed. So will not be referring my client to the Northeast Older Adult Center!
