If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!! I have called multiple times to report the multiple DITCHES in front of my house. Ppl have to swerve out of the way to avoid the ditches, and my car has been side swiped TWICE NOW!!!!!!!!! As a young women I have to park blocks away and walk, instead of being able to park in front of my house b/c these ppl refuse to do their jobs! I even park on the sidewalk and that still doesn’t help! Just fix the road!!!!!!!! We pay too much money to live in a new construction community, the city should be ASHAMED!!!!

Absolutely disgusted. Watched our trash men and women throw trash all over our street today. I have never in my life witnessed such a blatant disregard and disrespect for our PLANET. It saddens me greatly to know these are the kind of people our city hires. They should be fired immediately! They opened the top of the truck and trash fell out of their truck and they left it there, kicked it even! And laughed and left. Absolutely disgusting. August 18,2022 approximately 10am

Giant hole in my street that I reported weeks ago and they haven't fixed it. Just last week my recycling wasn't picked up because of the giant hole in the street. They are not hitting their service level agreements. The buses can't even go down the street now do to this epic failure.

This what you explain Tamika is exactly what Philadelphia Streets Department means and embodies. From what I experience and see in detail and majority, these employees need to be replaced immediately by, and like any other city in my experience seems to work through that standard, qualified and respectful work-forces.
This was just the city cleaning the public park. But maybe 311 can assist you.

Explain what you mean with 'caving in'.
If they are belonging to the city directly, and not anybody privately, then yes.
