In my case I am obliged to give 5 stars and if I could more. I arrived to deliver empty plastic bottles (full trailer) and because it was the next day of a holiday there was a super long queue, I managed to register at 9:50am for an appointment at 10:00am. I was sent to make another line and when I went around a kind of bypass, to register again. Approximately 25 minutes passed in this section. I wish I could give this place 0 stars! A total waste of time! I started my day off great until I got here! I had time on my clock to get to the delivery until I wasted 4 hours of my time here! If you get live loaded here, bring a lunch ... and maybe even dinner! It must be a policy to leave your trailer in the door for 2 hours before they start the loading process! A must that I put this place on a do not return list!!
