Stopped at about noon on a road trip from Florida to West Virginia. The restaurant was busy. Requested seating for one, was informed that the wait would be about 25 minutes, and was seated 35 minutes later. Service by Jasmine was prompt. Tea without ice was requested but was served with ice. She gave me extra napkins without requesting and since I always ask for extra this was a plus for service. The meal was received in a reasonable amount of time. Food preparation and taste was excellent. Cornbread was the chosen bread type, and: 1) it was overcooked to the point that it was crunchy on the outside and dry on the inside, but; 2) I surprisingly found this to be pretty good! You get a pass on this one, CB, but in the future I would prefer it to be normally cooked. The men's restroom was clean.

Fast service quick food… just not my favorite kind of food but very efficient if you are in a hurry. The bathrooms are literally falling apart but the shop and dinning area are great.

This review is solely based on the takeout experience. We stayed at Travelodge while traveling and Cracker Barrel was the easiest option for us. Ordered thru Google and it took less than minutes to finish our order. Food was great. It’s not receiving five stars because we ordered soup and they didn’t give us spoons.

Thank you Toni for serving us and taking care of our Gluten Free needs. She was attentive to all our needs and was able to provide us with a special menu that shows allergens! FYI you'd be surprised!!!. *Note* the hashbrown casserole has gluten and chicken stock (not vegetarian, not gluten free) Will dine again

Amazing cause I've been to several CB's and not busy. I believe the problem is they do not have enough employees. Because of the virus. Because when I asked if they still made pies they said yes but not right now because they don't have enough employees because of the virus... so that's probably why they're not answering the phone they don't have enough help. ..
I did not see any, but we didn't ask either. I am going to guess no, as most restaurants do not allow pets.

I would call ahead and they will have a place for you instead of making them scramble when you get there unannounced
