Excellent service at the bar!! Drinks were really good. Love The Perch! That's the rooftop sitting area!! Great views! Amazing sunsets! See photos.

First visit since the Covid pandemic started. In the past I have both stayed at the hotel and dined here. This night was dinner only. I sat at the busy bar and had a terrific cocktail from Brianna(??) along with a very nice meal of the broiled trout. Wish I had stayed here but I'm behind on my stay/nights count with Hilton so stayed at the local Tru by Hilton .... I'll stay at the Bolling Wilson next visit.

Very good wine list with ample selection and reasonable prices. Extensive bourbon list as well. Service was excellent. It was relatively busy for a Monday night in January. Food was mediocre, but menu looked great. Shrimp and grits lacked seasoning; Wedge Salad was sparse on tomatoes, bacon crumbles and dressing. But, service was fast and overall a pleasant experience and I would like to try more items on the menu as I read other posts about some items that appear to be very good!

Fantastic restaurant inside of the Boiling Wilson Hotel, plenty of food options and great drink menu. Service was attentive and friendly. Get the carrot cake!
