Dear guest, Here is how we are conducting business during this outbreak: • We are following all CDC Recommendations. • All associates are being vigilant in cleaning / sanitizing surfaces in the dining room and guest rooms, focusing on frequent cleaning of touch surfaces. • Kitchen associates have extra safeguards to all protocols in their daily routine. • All associates are reminded of the Safety Standards during their team’s Daily Huddle and discuss the areas of cleaning and sanitation. • We will continue to offer To-Go meals in our restaurant. • While Hotel Operations will continue as normal, associates and guests are encouraged to stay home if they feel ill. Our primary purpose continues to be to positively impact others, and Your confidence in us inspires us to deliver the safe hotel and restaurant experience you deserve. Stay Well, Cecil Childress General Manager Bolling Wilson Hotel
Thanks for asking! We are adhering to all CDC and Virginia Department of Health Guidelines. Along with increased cleaning protocols we are doing the following: - reduced capacity to ensure we have appropriate spacing between tables - temperature checks for all associates before their shift - mandatory masks for all associates - patrons are asked to wear masks until food and beverage is served to them Additionally, we are offering room service to hotel guests if they would like to skip the dining room. And we are offering to-go meals as well.
