In my experience, this hotel has an exceptional level of service and care for guests. I am a senior disabled citizen. My wife and I checked in and spoke to the front desk person, Jennifer I think is her name. I asked a question and she listened, offered input, assisted my wife and I and was pleasant in her interaction, even following up by calling our in room phone. I travelled as a US Marine all over the world for years and can say, this hotel cares about providing exceptional customer service to it's guests.

I've stayed here before. It is clean, the front desk was very nice and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There is fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby. Unfortunately on this stop, they were very understaffed. My room was downgraded because they didn't get them cleaned by my arrival at 6 pm. The room I got had no shower curtain. Can't say enough about the front desk though, she was so apologetic and did her best to make sure my stay was good in spite of the hiccups.

This is the perfect place to stop for the night on your way to your final destination. It’s right near the highway with nothing much really around it, but feels safe and secure and it’s not loud from the highway or anything. Our room was very clean, thoughtfully laid out and the bed is comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast is barely worthwhile, but it’s free so what are you going to do? Water pressure is OK and it definitely isn’t somewhere I could stay for more than a night or two because the rooms are on the small side, but it’s definitely the best bang for your buck!

The lady at the front desk was pleasant and kind enough to help me with an extra blanket on a cold night! She had a good recommendation for dinner too. The room was clean, quiet and warm. The breakfast was the best we have had in a hotel in two years! Good price for an overnight stay. Will keep this on our radar for the return trip. AND I left an item in the room by mistake, and they were kind enough to hold onto it until our return trip. Fabulous service.
