The hotel was cute, clean and the staff very friendly. We particularly appreciated the lady who cooked breakfast… she was kind and so welcoming. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Room was clean, staff were wonderful, bed slept well, not cheap but a very nice place and the breakfast was good.(a nice touch that breakfast was served with regular silverware and plates, even coffee mugs) I love it when they serve sausage gravy with breakfast.

Loved staying at this hotel. Bright, inviting and the staff was friendly. We had a king room and it was large, clean and quiet. Breakfast has a couple cold and hot options. Would stay here again.

What a charming hotel!! Was super homey. We fell in love with the decor! All of the staff were so nice, front desk, breakfast crew, cleaners, we even met the owner. The front lobby is adorable. The room felt like home. Fantastic warm breakfast. Even the dining area was nicely decorated. We were on a trip across country and had just spent 2 days in the Hilton in downtown Cleveland. In our opinion this Best Western Plus,blew them out of the park!!! Hands down !! In warmth of decor. Friendliness of staff. And the delicious breakfast!!! We without a doubt would stay in this location again!! Highly recommend
