They are quick. Check order because sometimes the kids are not paying attention and walk up thinking you've been taken care of. I had issue with drink and got food guy said I didn't owe today so I thought my muffin was free so I have 5.00 tip. Then girl says 4.80 I was like what? Never again. Now I use my card no tip unless I'm very aware why I'm giving. I've also paid it forward in line n had same in am hours. Thank you to those who buy the car behind them coffee. It made my day. So I did it following day. #spreadhappiness

I go to Dunkins probably 3 times a week. And usually its only the one on Vine street but this morning i was out in Mentor. So my complaint is that i ordered a LG double double hot coffee. Easiest thing ever with a donut for my toddler. Of course at first when they say ok thatll be 4.50 im thinking wow thats more than a dollar than it usually costs at the other one. Get to the window and guy hands me a straw. I say um you guys know i got a hot coffee right? So i hear the girl in the back say oh i put an iced coffee its supposed to be hot. So they give me the coffee and shoo me off. I got charged knowingly for an iced coffee and they didnt change it and give me my 2 dollars extra back that i shouldnt have paid.

i went to this dunkin’ to get everything bagel stuffed minis and they don’t sell them anymore. i am very mad about this, and would like to say how much i loved them. i always would go to get them but now i will not be going anymore, I am very disappointed in this decision they made.
